It's great for women who want to build strength, improve mobility, and keep their workouts varied and engaging. If you're not sure, the quiz can help point you in the right direction.

What can I expect from the strength training program?

The strength training program is built around progressive overload — meaning your weights and intensity increase over time as your body adapts. You'll focus on compound movements and targeted exercises designed to build lean muscle, increase metabolism, and transform how your body looks and feels.

How does cycle syncing work with my training?

Cycle syncing aligns your workouts with the four phases of your menstrual cycle — so your intensity, volume, and recovery are timed to work with your hormones, not against them. It's one of the most effective ways for women to train smarter and feel better throughout the month.

Can I combine strength training with cycle syncing?

Absolutely — and it's actually one of the most powerful combinations. Your strength training sessions can be scheduled and adjusted based on where you are in your cycle, so you're lifting heavy when your hormones support it and recovering intentionally when they don't.

How do the weekly meetings work?

Meetings are held virtually via video call. We'll review your progress, answer questions, adjust your plan, and set goals for the week ahead.

Can I upgrade my package later?

Absolutely. Many clients start with The Foundation and upgrade as they build confidence and momentum. We make it easy to transition between packages.
