What Is Cycle Syncing?

Cycle syncing is the practice of aligning your workouts, nutrition, and recovery with the four phases of your menstrual cycle. Your hormones — estrogen, progesterone, testosterone — fluctuate throughout the month, directly impacting your energy, strength, and recovery capacity.

Hi, I'm Lee — Your Fitness Coach.

I'm a personal trainer and women's health advocate on a mission to change how women approach fitness. Within my 10 years of training, I struggled with confidence and consistency due to my energy levels. I found myself feeling frustrated, exhausted, and stuck.

I discovered cycle syncing after years of fighting my own body in the gym. When I started training with my hormones instead of against them, everything changed — my strength, my energy, my confidence. Now I'm here to help you do the same.
